Start from your address
Design on your real plot.
ForgeHome looks up your address and sketches the plot, the street and, where the map has it, the building there today. Design a new house on the plot, or start from the existing building's outline.
In France and the Netherlands, and in Spain when its registry answers, the plot outline comes from the official land registry.
Everywhere else the plot is estimated from map data, and you can drag or type its size.
It also works out which way is north and where the street is.
AI designer
Click a room and just say what to change.
The AI designer sees what you selected — a room, a window, a piece of furniture — so "make this bigger" is enough. It asks a question with buttons when it is unsure, instead of guessing.
Add a pool, a terrace, trees or a garden door in plain words.
If the AI asks a question, changes nothing or you cancel, the credit comes back.
Every change can be undone, and each AI change is saved as a version.

No. Describe the home in ordinary words — how many bedrooms, roughly how big, what kind of roof — and ForgeHome lays out the rooms, walls, doors and windows for you. Then drag things on the plan or keep asking for changes.
Is the output a picture or a real model?
A real model. ForgeHome builds an actual house — walls, doors, windows, stairs and roof — as data, so you can edit it on the plan, walk through it in 3D and export scaled drawings, CAD and 3D files. An image generator can do none of that.
Can I start from my own address?
Yes. Type your address and ForgeHome finds the plot, the street side, which way is north and, where the map has it, the building that stands there. In France and the Netherlands, and in Spain when its registry answers, the plot outline comes from the official land registry; elsewhere it is an estimate you can adjust. It is included with every account.
Can I open a PDF, DXF or AutoCAD plan?
Yes, on the paid plans. DXF files from AutoCAD and other CAD programs, SVGs and PDFs made by CAD programs become editable rooms right in your browser, and a PDF with one page per floor opens as a multi-storey house. A photo or scan of a plan is traced by hand or read by the AI, which uses credits. A .dwg file cannot be opened directly — save it as DXF first.
Can I export drawings to scale?
Yes. The PDF drawing set has a 3D cover, every floor plan, the site plan, four elevations and a room schedule, from 1:50 to 1:200 or 1/16″ to 1/4″ = 1′, on A4, A3, A2, Letter or Tabloid. You can also export DXF, SVG and PNG, and on the paid plans GLB, OBJ and STL 3D files.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes. ForgeHome runs in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with a touch layout on small screens, and it can be installed like an app. There is nothing to download, and your projects save to your account.
Is ForgeHome available in my language?
The app menus are in English for now, but you can describe your home and talk to the AI designer in your own language — it understands you and replies in your language, while app messages stay in English. Sizes work in metres or in feet and inches.
How much does it cost?
You can start for free with a Lumora account, which includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Paid plans add more credits, the advanced AI model, plan import, clean exports and 3D files. Plans and credits are managed in your account centre at id.lumorabuild.com/account.
Do I need a separate ForgeHome account?
No. ForgeHome uses your Lumora account. If you already have a Lumora Build account, you can sign in with it.
How is ForgeHome different from Planner 5D, Floorplanner or RoomSketcher?
If you have used one of those floor plan apps, editing will feel familiar: drag rooms, place doors, windows and furniture, and look at it in 3D. What ForgeHome puts in one place: start from your own words, your street address or a CAD file, then take away a drawing set with four elevations and a room schedule, DXF for CAD and STL for 3D printing.
Is this a substitute for an architect?
No — and it is not trying to be. ForgeHome is for exploring ideas fast and showing people what you mean, long before anyone draws construction documents. Treat the output as a concept design, not an engineered plan.
